WHY PRO BONO MATTERS

66% of adults in England and Wales have experienced at least one legal issue in the past four years.

32% did not have their issue resolved adequately and had unmet legal needs. 

20% had an unmet legal need because they did not get professional help.

The level of unmet legal need has not improved since 2019 when it stood at 31%.
